I AM now a nurse!!! I have completed and passed my state boards and am working
as a surgical nurse at Marion General Hospital and doing some pediatric home care as well. All the hard work has paid
off finally!! More hard work is ahead of me though as I start the RN program and work towards phase two of my nursing
education.
Brian is still working for the Department of Corrections and working on computers on
the side. When he's not doing that, he's busy being the best Daddy there is!
Alexis is enjoying second grade at her new school. She adores her teacher
and her new surroundings. Alexis is participating in Brownies, Upward Cheerleading, and Mini 4-H.
Emily is transitioning well into being a big preschooler. She loves her class
and her teacher and looks forward to the days she gets to "go to school" just like sissy.
